Luxurious villa of 480 m2, newly built in Ibiza’s modern architecture style, combining stone and modern walls, with luxury qualities and comforts.
The villa is located in a rural setting, five minutes to Santa Eulalia and near Sant Joans road, where you can find good restaurants.
There are seven suites, two kitchens (1 inside and 1 outside), living room, dining room, swimming pool, outdoor barbecue, terraces, garage, laundry room and drying area. Six suites are situated inside the main house and one suite near the entrance, each with an ensuite complete bathroom with rain shower.

- You stay is included 4 hours daily cleaning service (except Sunday), including towels change mid-weeks.
- Baby cots are free of charge and available on request.
- Events are not permitted and pets are not allowed. Pets are not allowed.
- Possibility of less than one week stays if available and on request. Booking: it is required a 50% in advance to confirm the booking and the other 50% maximum three weeks before the check in.
- Villa check-in time at 4 pm and check-out time at 10 am. Check ins/outs can be arranged any day of the week on request.
- Rates shown, represents the min standard rates per night in low season. Deposit paid back at the end of the stay (cash or bank transfer): € 3.000
- The tourist tax “ECOTASA” is not included in the rental price and is to be paid on arrival.

Villa Calma is located in a rural setting close to Santa Eulalia between Ibiza Town & San Lorenz, with views to the countryside and even the sea. It’s the perfect situation, at just 5 minutes far to Santa Eulalia and 10 minutes to Ibiza town. The road to access the villa is Sant Joan’s road, where lots of good restaurants are very near (Bambudda, Nagai, Ses Escoles, Can Balafi, etc).
