High End Stay is a luxury bookings website, based in The Netherlands. We offer accommodation booking services globally via our website highendstay.staging.wpengine.com . Bookings will go through request, meaning you have to fill in a request form with your data and we will contact you with a quotation and a payment link or directly through our channel manager. Besides bookings of luxury accommodations, we offer also concierge services. This can be a booking of a private jet, a helicopter flight, car rental, exclusive designer items. These bookings will go through request and payments will go through a payment link via our website highendstay.staging.wpengine.com .

What personal Data will we collect from you?

Depending the services you apply for, we may collect, use, store and transfer the following data: Voluntary provided data: We may collection information from you visit our website, when you fill in a request form, contact form, register for our newsletter or apply for a job. When you register/ creating an account, fill in a contact or request form, you may be asked to provide us with the following information.

Personal Data of all travellers including first and surnames, date of birth, ages, gender, nationality and marital status and title (passport information); Copies of documents as ID card, Passport, or Driver’s license;

Payment Data including bank / IBAN account details, Paypal email address, Credit Card details (card-hold number, expiry date CVV number, payment data to and from you including the details of services and products purchased with and or through us;

Health Data. In limited circumstances -specific information that you might provide us with as any medical condition, disability, reduced mobility, dietary restrictions or other health related issues which may affect your travel related requirements- we may collect also Health Data.
