High End Stay is a high-end luxury boutique agency, specialized in renting luxury properties in The Netherlands.
As a boutique agency, you will be a valued client. A client with whom we wish to develop a long term relationship as your advisor. We started 16 years ago with our real estate agency Mac Housing Makelaars and now -after renting many high end properties from our portfolio- we decided to work under one ”roof” as High End Stay.
You will have a direct point of contact with me for the duration of the rental process or transaction and with a professional trusted team, with many years of experience in the Dutch Housing market and in the luxury travel market. Our experienced team communicates fluently in Dutch, English, Spanish and Italian.
We have worked with clients across the spectrum from movie stars to CEO’s of global corporations, expats, local residents to international jet-setters, so we understand the individual requirements of your future tenant or buyer. Whether it’s confidentiality and discretion, expert real estate advice or just a helping hand during the process.
We understand that not everyone is familiar with the rental process, which is why we will ensure you receive a personal yet efficient service making the experience as stress free as possible.

1 Book a call with us, so we can explain more about our services and we can understand your needs.
2 We schedule a meeting at your property. It’s important for us to inspect the property before we can give you a value and it is important for you to know your potential future property agent.
3 Is your property ready to rent? We will advice you about furnishing and decoration. If your don’t have time to make your property ready to rent (or ready to sell), we offer home staging too.
3 We take photo’s of your property
4 We create a detailed advertisement text in Dutch and English
5 We advertise on the major online portals such as Pararius and Funda, social media platforms in order to get the maximum exposure for your property. We have many international landlords, investors and purchasers.
6 Our team will actively work to find you a tenant, by away of mailing to colleague agencies, international companies, cold calling and other pro-active strategical methods in order to efficiently rent your property for the best price in the shortest, realistic time scale
7 We schedule the viewings during the day or for an open house also on Saturdays
8 We negotiate -in consultation with you- on your behalf with the potential tenant or their agent
9 We will advise you about the type of rental agreements
10 We draw up a legal rental agreement in Dutch with an English translation
11 We draw up the invoices for rent and deposit
12 After the rental agreements are signed, we schedule the inspection day. During the inspection, we will use a digital inspection report and we take photo’s. The tenant will receive the keys.
13 At the end of the rental agreement, we will schedule an inspection to check out
14 In case the tenant doesn’t have an own agent, we will guide the tenant to connect for the utilities and insurances.
