The connected villas are in total 1150 sq.m and can accommodate up to 20 guests.
The villas are a combination of Mexico’s unique rustic style and contemporary urban design and representing the ultimate experience in tropical living.
Featuring a double-height ceiling, and spacious areas. Two stunning rooftop with a 10-meter pools and two bars perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful vacation with your whole family or a large group of friends.
Prepare dinner in one of the four fully equipped chef-style kitchen, or sip on a glass of wine in the glamorous and picturesque rooftop area.
The villas are ”twins” and the lay out is the same.
On the ground floor you can find a wide and open space. The kitchen has a large island facing the dining room. The living rooms have enormous glass doors that connect them tot he courtyard, located in the middle of the house.
On the second floor you can find a wide open space, a beautiful private pool with an amazing jungle view and beautiful rooftop, with a Grill & Lounge Bar Area.
Villa Imperia is located in Tulum’s first luxury private residential called La Privada. Nestled inside Aldea Zama, the complex provides 24hrs security and landscapes focused on providing a lush enclave hidden from the rest of the world.

- Maximum occupancy is 20 persons, children included.
- It is possible to book also one of the two villas, Villa Fosca or Villa Virginia. The maximum occupancy is 10 persons.
- Check-in is at 3 pm, check-out is at 11 am. For late check-in (subject to availability) an extra fee may apply.
- Rates shown on our website are minimum rates per night in low season starting from ¢ 2500,- USD per day. All rates are subject to 19% tax. Security deposit of $1000USD may apply.
