Hand-crafted by local cabinet-makers, the kitchen features a large free-standing granite topped island which doubles as a sociable space for enjoying a pre-dinner glass of wine. It is also the perfect spot for bespoke cooking classes which can be arranged with a local chef.
• Enjoy the private infinity pool (12 x 6) located on a secluded terrace overlooking the Adriatic coastline as well as acres of unspoilt countryside, olive groves and vineyards. The contemporary sundeck is equipped with 12 comfortable day beds and a shower and the areas around the pool and gardens also have excellent Wi Fi connectivity.

• Restore the mind, body and soul at the Wellness Spa. The cellar spa is the perfect retreat for those cooler days or lazy evenings at the villa.
• Stay active or practice yoga at the fitness suite on the ground floor, with stunning views over the valley and beyond the sea. Personal trainer available on request.
• At additional cost, a service upgrade can be arranged to include daily breakfast, housekeeping each morning, mid-week linen change and daily towel change for spa, gym and pool areas. Additional staff and services such as private chef, nannies, massage therapists, personal trainer and yoga instructor can be arranged on request.
• Villa Olive is situated on the Oliveto Estate, where you can also rent the second Villa Oliveto which can be interconnected via their gardens. When connecting the two Villa's, guests can have full use of all facilities including two pool areas, multiple inside and out yoga areas, two gyms, multiple inside and outside eating areas and tennis courts.
• What's included? Welcome basket and Prosecco on arrival, twice weekly change of towels, bedlinen change weekly, still water & sparkling water, toiletries changed weekly.
• White Glove Service for € 29,- euro per adult € 15,- euro children 2-12 years; Complimentary glass of Prosecco, guided tour of the property, daily continental breakfast, fresh flowers, magazines delivered daily, housekeeping services, fresh towels will be laid out by the pool daily, bed linens and bathroom towels changed twice weekly, bathrobes provided in each bathroom.
• Rates shown, represents the min rates per 4 nights in low season. We only make reservations on request, meaning our personalised offers are guaranteed to be the best available, and exclusive to our guests. Your reservation will be confirmed 24 hours after request. It then becomes definitive, and you will immediately receive an email confirmation with the details of your booking. We ensure pricing transparency for our guests: there are no hidden booking fees.
• Villa Olivo will capture €1000,- euro deposit at point of booking. This is totally refundable within 7 days of your departure, provided the following provisions are met.
• You are welcome to check in from 4pm on Saturday. We kindly request that you vacate the property by 10am on day of departure.
