Villa Mila is a luxurious waterfront property with 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The layout is perfect for families or large groups of up to 12 guests. Designed with great attention to detail by a Croatian architect, Villa Mila combines local materials, like the famous Brač stone and top-quality furniture from all over the world in order to create a comfortable ambience for its guests. The generous use of glass and sliding window doors ensures the breath-taking sea view is preserved in every room. The villa offers an infinity edge swimming pool, a gym room, a sauna and a floating dock with moorings. It is also equipped with an elevator and has one bedroom which specifically fits for disabled people.
The Villa is fully staffed with maids and a manager, acting also as a concierge who speaks 3 different languages (English, German, Croatian). Each room has its own terrace, a king size bed (of which 4 are separable), an ensuite bathroom and highspeed internet. Every room was thoughtfully designed in its own unique style. - The villa has an elevator with a 0.9 m wide door and one bedroom ensuite designed for guest with mobility problems.
- The main entrance of the villa is located on the top floor. The top floor gas a separate wardrobe and three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, king size beds and terraces. You are able to access the lower floors using the lift or staircase.
- The first floor has three bedrooms with King size beds. The master bedroom with, dressing room, desk, safe and private terrace. The other two bedrooms with access to the same terrace.
- The ground floor has expensive windows, open plan living with sitting area, dining room, luxury fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.
- Relax at the sauna with infra-red therapy or on request, you can have a massage, man-pedicure, or yoga session.
- Enjoy sunny afternoons at the 11 meter long infinity pool with breathtaking views or at the private beach.

- If you arrive at the Split Airport, the villa offers transport by speedboat to the villa.
- Bookings are usually weekly from Saturday-to-Saturday. Check in from 4 pm and check out by 11 am. The security deposit is € 1500,- euro.
- Services included in daily rate: Daly maid and cleaning -available up to 8 hours per day-, concierge. Extra services for additional costs and ordered in advance: Transport, watersports, wellness and spa treatments, yoga sessions, wine tasting, private chef.

Brač is an island in the Adriatic Sea within Croatia, with an area of 396 square kilometres, making it the largest island in Dalmatia, and the third largest in the Adriatic. Brač Airport on Brač is the largest airport of all islands surrounding Split.
There are direct flights to the Bol/Brač Airport (Saturday and Tuesday). From here it is a 20-min drive by car to the Villa.
For guests arriving at the Split Aiprort we offer transport by speedboat to the Villa.
Alternatively there are two ferries departing from the mainland arriving on Brač. One departs from Split and arrives in Supetar, the other one departs from Makarska and arrives in Sumartin.
